About Scoring this Psychological Questionnaire

Scoring:

  • 1 point None of the time
  • 2 points A little of the time
  • 3 points Some of the time
  • 4 points Most of the time
  • 5 points All of the time

Roughly speaking, the higher the score, the greater the psychological distress due to depression or anxiety. When your quiz is scored, one of 3 different information pages will appear to describe the results for scores in your range.

The K10 test was developed at Australia's Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), a facility jointly owned by The University of New South Wales and St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney.
